Achieve Present Moment Awareness


Present moment awareness is where all your power resides. When you are fully in the present moment, you will experience joy and peace. This joy and peace is internal, and is real and authentic.








Instructions


1. First, You need to be aware of where you are at. Notice the little things that you are being surrounded by. Don't worry about what will happen next, or what has previously happened. Be aware of your breathing and your surrounding. When you achieve present moment awareness you will find inner peace.








2. Second, You would go about your day in whatever task you are doing, and with awareness and intentions stay totally in the moment of what you are doing. Being in this present moment state allows you to be here now. Reality is here in the now.


3. Third, Consciously try to catch yourself for thinking to ahead in the future, or too much in the past. Gently remind yourself to be here right now. Being in the present moment is all that really exists. The past is history, the future is a mystery, and the present is a gift. The only reality that exist is in the present moment. Right now is where "it" all is.


This is achieve present moment awareness.
