Stop Being Dramatic







Being dramatic comes naturally to some people. If you are dramatic you are most likely a passionate person who feels that other people don't take situations seriously enough. It can be confusing and irritating for other people around you when you are dramatic, so it's best to learn keep your cool in the heat of the moment. Follow these steps to stop being dramatic.

1. Realize that some problems are not that serious. When you are over dramatic people stop listening. Only make a big deal about big problems so people will learn to listen to what you say when it's important.


2. Understand that unnecessary drama just causes you to stress out which can damage your health. Let go of life's little upsets; there is no use in stressing about small things. Save the stress for real drama.


3. Take a deep breath and pause before you say anything about your dramatic situation. Speak slowly and clearly so you can relay your message without sounding whiny or distressed.








4. Express yourself calmly, carefully and thoughtfully. Make sure you let people know your needs in a rational way.


5. Stay out of other people's drama. It's none of your business how other's handle their problems. If it doesn't involve you then you don't need to stress yourself out over it.
