Make Scars Go Away

Everyone wants to get rid of unsightly scars and reveal beautiful skin. The following is a guide to learn make scars go away.

Instructions

1. Apply sunscreen to scarred skin and keep it out of the sun. This will help the scar heal better. There is not much you can do to actually get rid of scars short of surgery, but you can do things to minimize the appearance. When you get a wound try using Neosporin. Keep the wound moisturized with Neosporin and do not expose the wound to the sun.

2. Use creams with vitamin K and/or E. Make sure to massage the area where the scar is so you can circulate blood to that area. The more blood that circulates there, the faster the cells in that area repair themselves. Rubbing liquid vitamin E will help diminish scars. Try using vitamin E everyday on your scar. Rub the vitamin E or K cream or gel very gently into the scar. Give it around a month and you should see some fading.

3. Use 100 percent pure shea butter or cocoa butter or aloe vera cream or gel. All of these have been shown to show improvements in the appearance of scars. Apply a liberal amount of each to the scar or desired area and rub it in gently. Repeat this process as often as necessary or until the scar fades.

4. Apply Mederma, an over-the-counter cream that is supposed to help heal scars and diminish their appearance. Read the recommendations on the box.
