Home Remedies For Plugged Ears

Plugged ears can keeping you from enjoying your day and being effective, so when faced with plugged ears, just what can you do? Here are a few natural remedies to unplug congested ears with little residual affects.


Swallowing








Swallowing frequently can help unplug ears, by pressing air through the ear canals, thereby clearing out the canals.


Closing Up the Nasal Passages


You can unplug your ears by closing the passage; hold your nose and the unplugged ear closed, then blow. The pressure will clear up the passage.


Yawning


Yawning will unplug your ears by pressing air through the canal; this will adjust your ears and keep them unplugged.


Wax removal


Keeping your ear free of wax will keep the canals from getting clogged. Frequent cleaning is needed.


hydrogen peroxide








Placing a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in the ear will clear out any congestion causing plugged ear; just add a few drops in the ear and wait for the fizzle. Once the fizzle is finished, the peroxide is done working. Just drain.


Pure Grain Alcohol


Placing a few drops of pure grain alcohol (once in the morning, once in the evening) with the plugged ear will dry up any congestion within the canal and get the canal functioning again.
