1. Invigorate circulation with spicy cayenne. Cayenne's capsacin promotes blood circulation and reduces clotting. Simply spice up your meals with cayenne powder.


2. Experience a sense of well-being and stimulate circulation with ginger's warming and relaxing properties. As ginger eases surface capillaries, it warms hands and feet. Ginger is delicious in many foods such as curries, oriental dishes or as a syrup for desserts.


3. Stimulate cerebral circulation with gingko from the leaves of Chinese evergreen trees. Gingko is known to improve memory, a consequence of increased circulation in the brain.


4. Purify your blood with cleavers, an herb that is found along the sides of roads and in hedgerows. Use young cleavers shoots to make a juice or use dried cleavers in an infusion. Cleavers can aid lymphatic drainage and my lower blood pressure.


5. Try garlic or yarrow to invigorate poor circulation and to reduce blood pressure.
