Instructions
1. Apply to Palo Alto College. You must apply to Palo Alto College to be accepted into the program. Applications can be found by visiting the link below.
2. Apply for financial aid. Many students rely heavily on financial aid to pay for college. Set up a meeting with a financial aid officer to answer any questions you may have about financial assistance.
3. Meet with an advisor. Once you're officially enrolled in Palo Alto College you should make an appointment with an advisor. She can assist in planning your schedule for the program.
4. Register for classes. To become a vet tech at Palo Alto College, you will need to complete 46 credit hours. Once you determine a plan for graduation with your advisor, register for classes by visiting the link below.
5. Keep on schedule. Pay attention to when courses are offered. Some are only offered once a year. You will need to be diligent about taking the required courses when offered so you don't get off track.
