Learn German While Sleeping

Learning German in your sleep is not difficult at all.

German is the official language of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein. Learning in your sleep to promote a healthier self image or to learn a subject like German is known as neuro linguistic programming which uses a series of subliminal messages over the course of time to ingrain information into your subconscience.

Instructions

1. At bedtime place the NLP German language CD into your CD player, adjust the earphones or headset so it's comfortable, and push "play."

2. Adjust the volume so that the sounds coming out of your speakers are quiet enough for you to sleep, but loud enough for you to hear.

3. Set up the CD to repeat continuously. You need to listen to the CD throughout the night to reap the maximum benefits of learning German while you sleep. For example, if you get 8 hours of sleep, and the CD is only 2 hours long, you have increased your learning potential by 4 times more than if you just listened to the CD once.

4. Continue to listen to the CD every night for several weeks. Some programs may have more than one disc that you can learn German with, so you must switch CDs every night and continuously play them, progressing to the next CD each night. When you are done with all of them, repeat the cycle.
