Panolog is a topical ointment used to treat a variety of inflammatory skin conditions in dogs and cats, especially otitis externa--an irritation or inflammation of the ear canal. It contains the antibiotics neomycin and thiostrepton, the yeast-inhibitor nystatin and an anti-inflammatory steroid, triamcinolone acetonide.

Panalog is indicated for the treatment of both acute and chronic ear canal inflammations (otitis externa), which may be caused by bacterial infection, eczema, fungus and allergies, among other causes.
