Meditation is the process of clearing and focusing the mind. There are many methods of meditation. Meditate with gemstones for ultimate relaxation in beauty and confidence. Gemstones provide a sense of wonder to your meditation, and it is easy to become fixated on the gleaming stone before your eyes. Use this as a way to reflect upon what's going on deep inside your soul.

Choose the Appropriate Gemstone for Your Meditation


1. Choose amazonite, amethyst, bloodstone, rose quartz, or topaz when meditating to calm the mind.


2. Consider amber, amethyst, rose quartz, or clear quartz when meditating for healing.


3. Choose citrine, clear quartz or smoky quartz when meditating to dispel negativity and balance energy.


4. Pick amazonite, amethyst or hematite when meditating to relieve stress.








5. Choose chalcedony, bloodstone, topaz, or smoky quartz when meditating for vitality and to rejuvenate energy.


Meditate with Gemstones


6. Choose a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for close to an hour. You can choose to meditate for whatever length of time you prefer, but it should be within a time frame where you can continue uninterrupted.


7. Select the focus of your meditation session. For example, you may meditate on healing to calm the mind or for clarity when stressed over making a difficult decision.


8. Choose the appropriate gemstone for your meditation purpose.


9. Sit in a comfortable position. You can either hold the gemstone in your hands or place it in a position in front of you where you can easily view it and make it your focal point. Take a few deep breaths to clear the mind and begin the meditation by focusing on your goal.


10. Once you have finished your mediation session, take a few deep breaths and let your focus return to normal.
