5. Skip the biscuits. Although biscuits are a common addition to a chicken meal, they actually are the least healthy items in the meal. Skipping biscuits eliminates 240 calories and 13 grams of fat.








6. Drink water. Soda has no nutritional value and is nothing but empty calories. Water is healthy and will help you feel fuller sooner.
