Grohe Consumer Warranties
Grohe extends a lifetime warranty to all consumer faucets purchased for residential homes after January 1, 1997.
Mechanical Warranty
Grohe offers a limited lifetime warranty on all mechanical parts provided with the original faucet. The parts are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (per the terms of the warranty) for as long as you own the home in which the faucet was installed.
Finish Warranty
Grohe's warranty includes a lifetime guarantee that the finish of your faucet will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Voided Warranty
Grohe considers the warranty voided when: the faucet was initially installed improperly and/or not in accordance to Grohe's instructions; the faucet sustains damage due to dirt, limescale, or excessively harsh cleaners; you allow an unauthorized individual to attempt repairs; and/or repairs are made using non-Grohe parts.
Transference
Grohe only extends its guarantee to the original buyer of the faucet, for as long as you own the home in which the faucet was installed. If you sell your home, the new owner is only covered under Grohe's warranty for one year beginning on the date of sale.
